Three free Thursday evening clinics for Highland Park ISD athletes, co-hosted by Highland Park Soccer Academy, FORO SC and EXOS. Two hours of coaching across two disciplines — technical skills and human performance — followed by a game until dark. Every athlete gets both disciplines, in opposite order, so nobody waits.
Come try the FORO SC × EXOS experience.
We'll confirm details by email before Aug 13. See you at 6401 Lomo Alto Dr.
Each evening covers two disciplines and every athlete gets both — one hour of technical soccer coaching from FORO SC, and one hour of performance training from EXOS.
One of the top semi-professional clubs in the country. Across seven consecutive seasons in the UPSL and APSL they've reached four national finals and won the UPSL Championship, and they compete in the U.S. Open Cup alongside regular friendlies against professional teams. Their staff includes experienced MLS players and coaches.
What we value about them as a training partner: the same coaching principles run through every level of the club — a child new to the game and a player on the professional pathway are coached on the same principles, by the same staff, inside the same club.
A performance training company that develops athletes at every level, from youth competitors to professionals. Each session begins with movement preparation and muscle activation to improve mobility, readiness, and movement quality.
Athletes progress into plyometric training focused on jumping and landing mechanics, building explosive power. The core of each session emphasizes speed and agility through drills that improve acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction — then reactive drills that simulate the unpredictable demands of sport, and competitive activities that reinforce it all while building confidence and teamwork.
Their work at Germany Park will use the track as well as the field, including a marked sprint corridor for timed speed and acceleration work.
